Active duty military personnel, veterans, and their families seek psychotherapy for a wide variety of mental, emotional, and social concerns. They may face a variety of psychological and social concerns including depression and anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, and family and marital issues.

Military families encounter stressors in different forms, from PCSing, developing a new support system, TDY's, and deployments. We will work together to develop and integrate new techniques to manage stressors.

Examples of common military stressors include:

  • PTSD
  • Depression
  • Military sexual trauma
  • Discrimination
  • PCS
  • Deployment

For veterans and their families coping with moving or transitioning within the military or leaving after a term of service may require professional assistance. Our goal is to help you reclaim your life so you can enjoy a meaningful purposeful life during and after military service - we are here for you.

As a Veteran and military spouse, I look forward to speaking with you and making a committed effort toward your goals.
